Role Overview

As a Customer Relationship Executive at TechSoul, you will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met efficiently, and enhancing customer satisfaction. You’ll act as the bridge between clients and our internal teams, helping to deliver seamless communication, timely support, and long-term trust.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term satisfaction
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions
  • Manage client inquiries, feedback, and service issues promptly and professionally
  • Coordinate with internal teams (sales, marketing, and development) to ensure smooth project execution
  • Maintain client records, track communication history, and prepare regular reports
  • Follow up with clients post-delivery to ensure continued satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities
  • Assist in developing customer engagement and retention strategies
  • Stay informed about company products and services to effectively support and promote them

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of proven experience in customer relationship management, client servicing, or a similar role (must)
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong sense of responsibility and commitment to client satisfaction
  • Ability to handle multiple client accounts and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Good understanding of CRM tools and digital communication platforms
  • Strong motivation to learn new skills and adapt to changing client needs
  • Should be able to blend well with the office culture and work collaboratively with the team
  • Good communication skills in both Bangla and English
  • Must be able to work full-time onsite at our Uttara office
  • Must have a strong willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing trends
