Role Overview
As a Digital Marketing Executive at TechSoul, you will play a key role in executing and managing strategic marketing campaigns across various digital platforms. This position requires a creative mindset, analytical thinking, and a deep understanding of digital sales funnels and performance marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize performance-based campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Google, and YouTube
- Develop and implement digital sales strategies to generate qualified leads and increase conversions
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to shape campaign direction
- Manage SEO, email marketing, SMS, and WhatsApp campaigns
- Collaborate with the design and content team to create engaging ad creatives
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, preparing insightful reports
- Maintain and enhance the company’s digital presence and brand identity
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in digital marketing
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of proven experience in digital marketing (must)
- Strong command of ad platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube, etc.)
- Good understanding of lead generation and conversion funnels
- Hands-on experience with SEO, content marketing, and marketing automation tools
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and data interpretation
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Must be able to work full-time onsite at our Uttara office
