Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic Marketing and Sales Specialist to join our team. This role involves a variety of responsibilities aimed at driving growth and enhancing customer relationships in the following areas:
Door-to-Door Sales: Engaging with potential customers directly to promote our services and secure sales.
Increasing Football Engagement: Developing strategies to boost football (soccer) fan participation and community involvement.
In-House Promotions: Creating and implementing promotional activities to drive sales and brand awareness.
Customer Feedback and Market Surveys: Gathering insights through surveys and feedback to enhance customer experience and refine marketing strategies.
Football Analysis: Analyzing football data to optimize team performance and fan engagement.
New Customer Acquisition Campaigns: Designing and executing targeted campaigns to acquire new customers.
Proposal Submissions for New Locations: Researching and preparing proposals to expand into new markets.
Requirements:
Proven experience in marketing, sales, or related fields.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Passion for football and understanding of sports marketing (preferred).
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
