TechSoul is growing rapidly! We’re looking for a skilled Next.js Developer who is passionate about building scalable, high-performance full-stack applications. You will work on real client projects, modern tech stacks, and production-level systems in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain full-stack web applications using Next.js and React.js
• Build responsive and modern UIs using Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap, and shadcn/ui
• Implement SSR, SSG, ISR, dynamic routing, and API routes in Next.js
• Integrate and consume REST APIs and manage database operations
• Work with MongoDB and PostgreSQL for data storage and retrieval
• Implement authentication, authorization, and secure data handling
• Manage application state using Redux Toolkit or Context API
• Create smooth UI animations using Framer Motion
• Collaborate with designers, backend developers, and project managers
• Optimize application performance and maintain clean, scalable code

Requirements

• Proven hands-on experience with Next.js in real projects
• Strong understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), React.js, and React Hooks
• Solid experience with SSR, SSG, and ISR in Next.js
• Experience with Node.js, Express.js and nest.js for backend integration
• Strong knowledge of Git, component-based architecture, and debugging
• Practical experience with:
  • MongoDB and/or PostgreSQL
  • RESTful API integration
  • Authentication (JWT, cookies, sessions)
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Good problem-solving and communication skills

Bonus Skills:

• TypeScript
• Prisma ORM
• Zod for schema validation
• Experience deploying apps on Vercel or similar platforms
  

Salary

 BDT 13,000 – 15,000
(Based on skills, experience, and performance)
