Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and build strong relationships with clients on online marketplace like Upwork, freelance.com etc. and social media like FB, instagram, Linkedin etc., ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
- Document client briefs and requirements with precision, providing clear instructions to the development team.
- Write professional, clear, and concise emails, ensuring effective communication with clients.
- Respond promptly and efficiently to client messages and inquiries.
- Handle multiple client accounts simultaneously, maintaining thorough documentation of all communications and project updates.
- Anticipate client needs and proactively address potential requirements.
- Use project management and communication tools to streamline workflows and ensure efficient project delivery.
Qualifications:
- Proficient in both spoken and written English.
- Knowledge of the freelance market is a plus.
- Skilled in client management and relationship building.
- Diligent in documenting client briefs and requirements for the development team.
- Excellent email writing skills, with a keen eye for detail and clarity.
